Requirements

  • Experience with AdTech/MarTech and prior experience with any known native platform, Ad Serving platforms, publisher alliances, and programmatic monetization
  • Experience working with publishers, content sites, media groups, app developers, technology companies, and LATAM networks
  • Strong relationships with the publisher market and a solid network of contacts
  • Experience in publisher strategies, business models, and key challenges
  • Extensive knowledge of the publisher ecosystem in the LATAM market
  • Experience in customized strategies to engage clients from specific categories and traffic sources
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation and persuasion skills, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analysis tools; Salesforce and Hubspot are a plus
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proactive, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads by identifying and interacting with new partners and clients in the AdTech/MarTech market, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closure
  • Develop and utilize both inbound and outbound approaches to sales
  • Structure client workflows to optimize revenue while minimizing potential losses for the company
  • Update the sales funnel in Salesforce daily
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions
  • Interact with mid-market and other types of publishers, navigating their organizational structure to secure potential partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with BDRs, leadership, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded
  • Track and report performance, analyze sales metrics, and provide feedback for optimizing our partnership playbook
  • Evaluate priority ad placement, rates, and ad formats considering website design for all Tier types
