Summary

Join impact.com as a Manager, Publisher Development & Acquisition and lead the growth of the ANZ publisher marketplace. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in publisher development, affiliate partnerships, or platform marketing
  • A strong understanding of the affiliate and broader partnership ecosystem, especially within content, strategic, and media publishers
  • Commercially focused with a proven track record of driving performance through partner engagement and structured planning
  • Confident using CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Freshdesk, Google Suite, and Jira
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating on global initiatives
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident interpreting data to inform decisions

Responsibilities

  • Drive publisher acquisition and onboarding across ANZ, ensuring new partners have a seamless, supported experience on our platform
  • Build tailored growth and enablement plans for publishers, using performance insights to drive activation, engagement, and revenue
  • Manage a portfolio of publishers throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to scale, with a focus on performance and productivity
  • Provide proactive support and strategic guidance to partners, including platform training, reporting insights, and advertiser matchmaking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, client success, product, and marketing teams to champion publisher needs and initiatives
  • Optimise processes across onboarding, reporting, and partner support, partnering with global teams to adopt best practices and drive efficiency
  • Analyse publisher performance data and report on portfolio health, using insights to inform and evolve your strategy
  • Advocate for emerging publisher models and contribute to go-to-market planning and category leadership within the ANZ region
