Publisher Development Manager

Summary

Join Freestar as a Publisher Development Manager and leverage your industry contacts to identify and secure new revenue-generating partnerships with publishers. You will actively prospect for business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and close high-value deals. This role requires consistent communication with your supervisor and collaboration with senior management. Maintain accurate records in Freestar's CRM. The position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and requires 3-5 years of experience in Publisher Development within the digital media space.

Requirements

• 3-5 years, consistent track record in Publisher Development
• Possess knowledge of the digital media space and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Customer-focused attitude with relationship management skills
• Creative problem solving capabilities
• Effective presentation and communications skills
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect new business opportunities with high-volume outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and onsite customer meetings
• Proactively identify mid-tier, premium publishers and relentlessly present the Freestar pitch in a compelling way
• Managing the pipeline to ensure that you're achieving sales and revenue targets and growing the business
• Close high-value deals
• Work closely and communicate regularly with your supervisor on active deals and challenges
• Collaborate with senior management to close deals
• Maintain accurate records in Freestar’s CRM
