Summary
Join Infopro Digital as a Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead growth across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This quota-carrying role demands selling Market Access Solutions to new clients, requiring a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of the APAC financial services landscape. You will develop and execute a regional growth strategy, drive the sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, and engage C-level stakeholders. The position involves identifying high-potential opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, representing Infopro Digital at industry events, and reporting on progress to senior leadership. The role is primarily remote, based out of our Hong Kong office, with occasional domestic and international travel. Infopro Digital offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-3 years of successful proactive business development, sales, marketing, or lead generation/enablement experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience selling business to business (B2B) with a track record of overachieving sales goals
- Must live within commutable distance of our Hong Kong office and commit to being in at least 4 days a week
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to the APAC market, in alignment with global objectives and regional market dynamics
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and contract closure. Focus on new client acquisition across the financial services ecosystem
- Position our full product suite effectively to C-level stakeholders, emphasizing ROI, market insight, and competitive advantage
- Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities in both mature and emerging markets across Asia-Pacific, contributing to brand expansion and market penetration
- Partner with Account Management, Marketing, Content, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account growth
- Represent Infopro Digital at major APAC financial events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and build high-value relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly report on pipeline progress, revenue forecasts, and market feedback to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- An understanding of financial concepts and principles as they relate to clients’ needs is a strong plus
- Additional language is a bonus, but not a requirement, particularly Japanese
