Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration / Management or in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of international experience in Purchasing Administration
  • Understanding of sourcing and procurement practices and inventory management
  • Proven experience in the E-commerce industry
  • Proficient knowledge using MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PDF, PPT, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Order placement of customer orders
  • Upon order placement then the Order sheet will need to be scanned with PO reference# and saved in designated folder on M Drive. For future reference
  • Management of Supplier back orders on a monthly basis – Outstanding orders report to be saved on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Follow up with corresponding supplier/s update
  • Generate reports for negative stocks and run reports
  • Up to date the delivery dates
  • Managing files for supplier price adjustments
  • Managing supplier price adjustments
