Summary

Join Doorstead, a technology-driven property management company, as a part-time, remote Licensed Real Estate Broker in Ohio. Help launch our Ohio brokerage and oversee all real estate activities. Ensure compliance with state, city, and national regulations, including Fair Housing laws. Collaborate with legal and operations teams to establish the brokerage. Manage communication with the Ohio Department of Commerce and other relevant organizations. Attend monthly brokerage meetings with the executive team. Requirements

• Must possess a Ohio Real Estate Broker License that is active and in good standing
• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively oversee brokerage activities
• Understanding of local, state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance

Responsibilities

• Work with legal and operations teams to establish a brokerage in Ohio
• Oversee brokerage activities in Ohio
• Ensure the company is adhering to state and city regulations, as well as national Fair Housing and real-estate regulations
• Attend monthly brokerage meetings with executive team
• Manage communication and relationship with the Ohio Department of Commerce and other required organizations

Preferred Qualifications

Property management experience and/or start-up experience is a plus
