Real Estate Development Manager

Summary

Join Sollis Health as an experienced Real Estate Development Manager to lead all aspects of real estate development, from leasing to project coordination, entitlement processes, and lease administration. This role requires a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development, leasing, property management, or related field
• Prior experience managing entitlement processes or coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of real estate leasing, including sourcing, due diligence, and negotiation
• Manage and review commercial lease agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency with organizational policies and legal requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help secure favorable lease terms
• Assist with entitlement processes, working with local government and regulatory bodies to understand and secure necessary approvals
• Facilitate internal and external meetings related to ongoing development projects
• Ensure smooth communication between project teams, consultants, architects, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor and track project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed according to deadlines and project milestones are achieved
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to assist with meeting design specifications, timelines, and quality standards
• Data entry and validation of new lease information into the lease administration database
• Abstract leases to capture tenant-specific terms, clauses, and options, ensuring proper documentation and easy access to critical lease information
• Continuously track and report critical lease dates, including renewals, expirations, and other key milestones to ensure timely actions are taken
