Reconciliation Specialist

Summary

Join Visa, a global leader in payments technology, as a Reconciliation Specialist working a Saturday-Wednesday schedule. You will execute daily reconciliation and control processes, identifying, investigating, and correcting abnormal transactions. Daily safeguarding tasks, including client money segregation and reconciliation, are key responsibilities. You will resolve daily issues impacting customers and ensure timely completion of reconciliation tasks to a high standard. Continuous process improvement is also expected. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Execution of all daily reconciliation and control processes such that any abnormal transactions are identified, investigated, and corrected
• Execution of daily safeguarding tasks (client money segregation and reconciliation)
• Resolving daily issues impacting our customers or ability to demonstrate control of funds held by Currencycloud
• Daily reconciliation tasks completed on time and to a very high standard
• FCA safeguarding tasks completed on time and to a very high standard
• Continuous improvement of Treasury and Control processes
