Summary

Join SecurityScorecard's Talent Acquisition team as a fully remote Recruiter! Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines across all levels and functions. You'll be a highly organized, data-driven individual proficient in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools. Success requires advanced skills in sourcing, candidate engagement, behavioral interviewing, and data analysis. This role demands a continuous improvement mindset, rapid execution, and excellent communication. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and is fully remote within the USA, with a preference for candidates in the New York Metro area or Austin, Texas.

Requirements

  • Be advanced proficient with Greenhouse recruiting
  • Be advanced proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing, InMail automation and Job post optimization)
  • Be advanced proficient with some form of recruiting CRM tool such as Gem, SourceWhale, etc
  • Be able to enrich talent profiles such as locating publicly available and reliable contact information, doing market maps, industry and company mapping, networks and referral mining
  • Be able to write and edit excellent job descriptions
  • Be able to navigate Greenhouse and rapidly resurface and re-engage prior quality candidates
  • Keep high quality connections with top talent so they can be ready to re-engage with us in the future when a more appropriate role opens for them
  • Be a skilled behavioral interviewer
  • Be data driven
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset and be highly resilient and reflective
  • Be inquisitive
  • Be able to move fast
  • Have excellent external messaging, grammar and spelling
  • Smartly leverage AI to make your outcomes better
  • Have a Bachelor's degree
  • Have 5+ years of direct experience recruiting

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and rapidly generate talent pipelines across all levels of roles ranging from C-suite to senior and middle management to specialists, associates and entry-level professionals and across all functional areas ranging from technology to product to sales to customer success to marketing to finance and to professional services
  • Own and run searches, generate talent pipelines and close searches
  • Schedule and coordinate depending on demand and team capacity
  • Drive search using funnel metrics, channel mix and cost per hire benchmarks
  • Pull your own data, independently generate, synthesize and share with us your insights and outcomes
  • Operate with a security mindset and handle sensitive and highly confidential company information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a master's degree
  • Be located in New York Metro or in Austin Texas

Benefits

  • Fully remote role anywhere in the USA (so long as you can work 9am to 5pm ET schedule)
  • Contract rate for this position is $35 - $50 per hour
