Summary

Join our Talent Acquisition Team at AUTO1 Group as a Recruiter (Active Sourcing). Your main responsibility will be to find talents and build a strong talent pool for current and future staffing needs, especially in our core areas such as production and purchasing. Develop creative ideas for the direct approach of mechanics and buyers, using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. You will independently take on research projects and find innovative ways to attract and address candidates. Build long-term relationships with internal and external partners to ensure a strong talent pool for current and future staffing needs. Requirements

• Ideally, you have initial experience in talent acquisition, sourcing or research, project management or customer service
• You have excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
• You have a proactive nature and work in a solution-oriented manner
• Your quick comprehension and the desire to further develop and learn more about sourcing tools and techniques round off your profile

Responsibilities

• Be part of our international talent sourcing team and work on recruiting projects to find the best talent for the AUTO1 Group
• Develop creative ideas for the direct approach of mechanics and buyers and use platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
• Beyond classic direct addressing, you regularly try out new tools and do not shy away from proactively contacting candidates by phone and in writing
• Independently take on research projects and find innovative ways to win over and address candidates
• Ensure a strong talent pool for current and future staffing needs by building long-term relationships with internal and external partners
