Summary

You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, leverage our Applicant Tracking System, and build relationships with potential partners. Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with the People Team. Embrace social media and innovative talent marketing strategies. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with preference given to candidates near Birmingham, AL, but remote candidates are also considered.

Requirements

  • Possess a natural ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and communicate with charisma
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational prowess to manage multiple priorities effortlessly
  • Show a commitment to fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Have in-depth knowledge of employment laws, ADA, and other regulations that guide best recruitment practices
  • Exhibit a proactive, self-motivated approach coupled with creativity and adaptability
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have two (2+) years of experience in a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition role
  • Have experience with internet sourcing
  • Have experience evaluating data, insights, and analytics to guide recruiting decisions

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to proactively open, recruit for, and successfully close positions, offering expert coaching and guidance
  • Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect Daxkoโ€™s welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Be a Daxko brand ambassador, using your unique voice to share our story and showcase our vibrant culture
  • Masterfully manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and presenting offers
  • Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) to maintain seamless communication and precise data management
  • Build and nurture strong connections with potential partners and educational institutions by organizing and participating in recruiting events
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and employment law updates to keep our processes compliant and effective
  • Collaborate with the People Team to support training initiatives and champion best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation
  • Embrace social media and innovative talent marketing strategies to promote career opportunities at Daxko

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • Have 2-4 years of experience
  • Have experience with recruiting technology (ATS, CRMs, sourcing tools, etc.)
  • Have HR or recruiting-related certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP, S/PHR, AIRS, SHRM TAS, etc.)
