Recruiting Coordinator

Summary

Join Apollo.io's team as a Recruiting Coordinator and become a scheduling expert, creating seamless hiring experiences. Collaborate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to ensure a streamlined and positive process. Manage interview calendars, support candidate sourcing, maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), and enhance the candidate experience. You will be the central point of contact, solving problems and optimizing the hiring process. This is a 6-9 month contract role with a potential for renewal.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Coordinator
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Experience using a top-tier Applicant Tracking System (bonus points for Greenhouse expertise)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and set clear expectations with various stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset and a proven track record of thriving in team environments

Responsibilities

• Manage interview calendars with precision, using our scheduling tools and communicating regularly with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters
• Partner with the team to review inbound and outbound applicants, helping recruiters and hiring managers identify top talent
• Keep our ATS (Greenhouse) organized and updated to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Create a personalized and thoughtful interview journey for all candidates, whether they’re actively engaged or future prospects
• Serve as the central point of contact for candidates and internal teams, keeping everyone informed and aligned throughout the interview process
• Address challenges as they arise, such as rescheduling interviews, troubleshooting technical issues, or navigating last-minute changes
• Identify opportunities to improve the hiring process, ensuring a faster, smoother, and more enjoyable experience for all stakeholders
