Summary

This fully remote position (UK or Netherlands) focuses on growing ClickHouse across EMEA and APJ. You will manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for technical and sales roles, partnering with managers and VPs to understand hiring needs. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in technical recruiting. Requirements

  • 5+ years of corporate/in-house recruiting experience, with at least 2 years recruiting for technical roles
  • Experience partnering with, educating, and aligning hiring teams
  • End-to-end candidate lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail; must demonstrate strong organization skills
  • Enthusiasm for building-out recruiting processes and best practices
  • ���How can I help” attitude is key, with the ability to adapt easily to change, while wearing multiple hats
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Sourcing skills that span platforms (LinkedIn, internal databases, Boolean Searches, GitHub)

Responsibilities

  • Full life-cycle recruiting of technical and sales roles (software engineers, support engineers, SREs, Solution Architects, Account Executives) across multiple countries in EMEA and APJ
  • Partner directly with Managers and VPs to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics
  • Act as a consultant in hiring processes, leveraging the ATS, market awareness, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc
  • Identify, engage and secure top talent candidates (both passive and active)
  • Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting within our ATS to enable us to make informed decisions for improvement
  • Schedule interviews and move candidates through their interviewing process in a timely manner, while remaining their point of contact for any questions
  • Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates
  • Provide excellent customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates
  • Partner with People Team colleagues to balance needs of the hiring managers with the overall Human Resources best practices for the company
  • Be an amazing person to collaborate with, so we all can improve and grow together

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting ATS
