You will enhance DoraHacks' employer brand, stay updated on industry trends, and ensure a positive candidate experience. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of recruiting experience are required, with experience in Web3, blockchain, or technology sectors preferred. The salary range is $75,000 - $105,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, tech events, and direct outreach to build a diverse candidate pipeline
• Conduct detailed screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Dora Team's mission
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Enhance Dora Team's employer brand through social media campaigns, tech community engagements, and partnerships with educational institutions
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment, specifically within the Web3, blockchain, frontier tech, and quantum sectors
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain an accurate applicant tracking system and provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to the management team

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in science and engineering is a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proven track record of successful placements in tech roles within the frontier tech, Web3 or blockchain space
