Join Ashby as their first Recruiting Operations Leader and build out the RecOps function from the ground up. You will be responsible for reviewing existing hiring practices, driving necessary changes, implementing automation, creating reports and dashboards, and performing data analysis. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work with various stakeholders, and a high level of empathy. You will be a key player in shaping Ashby's internal recruiting operations and will have opportunities to interact with customers and contribute to external thought leadership. Responsibilities
- Review all existing hiring practices and drive the right change for what we need now, what we will be and beyond
- Perform low level polish (think template editing and creation) to process change
- Implement automation
- Create reports and dashboards
- Perform data analytics
- Document processes
- Communicate change effectively
- Influence Ashby's unique hiring model
- Become an expert on Ashby's talent technology suite
- Serve as an internal change agent
- Act as an external thought leader
- Interact with customers
- Speak at conferences
- Create compelling content for TA professionals and Hiring Managers
- Build a full suite of reports and dashboards that use Ashbyβs analytical capability to the maximum
- Build training plans for interviewers, hiring managers and new TA team members
- Drive continuous process improvement and challenge the status quo
- Partner closely with the Product Team to distill your observations into tangible feedback
- Contribute to documentation as the Voice of the Customer with a pedagogical slant
- Be involved in early deployment and testing of features
- Ensure all new functionality is effectively utilized internally after release
- Help ensure maximum impact of potential efficiency gains through automation, AI deployment and efficient processes
