Requirements

• Experience in a Recruitment role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• English as a first language with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Efficiently review resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Assess candidates' qualifications and experience against client requirements
• Ensure only the most suitable resumes progress through the hiring process
• Screen around 300 CV's per week
• Conduct telephone interviews
• Book interviews for screened candidates

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in resume screening, preferably in healthcare or a similar role
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
