Summary

The job is a part-time to full-time independent contractor role in recruiting and candidate management, involving end-to-end lifecycle recruitment, sourcing candidates, determining applicant requirements, conducting calls, scheduling meetings, and metric reporting. The ideal candidate has three years of experience in high-volume staffing agency recruiting, strong Microsoft Office skills, a Bachelor’s Degree, and demonstrated writing, speaking, and presentation abilities.

Requirements

• Can work U.S. time zone (Pacific)
• Ideally has recruited for the U.S
• Three years of experience in recruiting in a high-volume staffing agency preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s Degree at accredited college/university or equivalent level of experience
• Demonstrated ability to write, speak, and present

Responsibilities

• End-to-end lifecycle recruiting and candidate management
• Recruits applicants for internal and external job requisitions
• Builds applicant sources by leveraging various sources
• Determines applicant requirements by reviewing job description/speaking with hiring manager
• Works with in-house senior recruiters to support business requirements and requisitions
• Conducts warm/cold calls to potential candidates
• Sourcing, recruiting, scheduling, face-to-face meetings, and metric reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HRIS applications (Paycom) and ATS Systems (JazzHR, ZipRecruiter)
• Project Management experience
