As a recruiter, you will conduct CV screening, candidate assessments, and manage communication with candidates. You will organize and conduct interviews, maintain an ATS, and participate in various HR projects. The role requires proven recruitment experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in English and Russian, and familiarity with ATS software.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on mass hiring in retail, HoReCa, engineering, FMCG, etc
• Strong ability to screen candidates effectively and manage a large amount of data accurately
• Excellent multitasking skills to manage multiple candidates and recruitment tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Proficiency in English: C1 or above
• Proficiency in Russian: C1 or above
• Proficiency in PC softwares: Gmail, GDrive, Notion, etc
• Ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and work within the fast-paced nature of a startup environment
• Familiarity with using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruitment software

Responsibilities

• Conduct CV screening and candidate assessment
• Manage written communication with candidates in English to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Organize and conduct interviews with relevant candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit
• Maintain and update an ATS to keep track of candidates, their status, and feedback
• Be ready to get involved into different HR projects
