You will drive efficient recruitment processes, aligning with our goals and values. This remote role offers a broad scope of responsibilities, from strategic planning to hands-on recruitment. As a carbon-negative organization, we prioritize social impact and environmental responsibility. The role provides impactful work, remote flexibility, and a focus on sustainability. You'll report to the TA Leadership and ideally have easy access to Johannesburg for infrequent meetings.

Requirements

• Proven background in recruiting with a strong track record of successful delivery demonstrated across various types of roles and industries, that should include core expertise in operational skill sets, e.g. smartphone/FMCG distribution, warehouse operations, frontline sales, stock control in a mix of Blue and White collar environments
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with various levels of management and diverse teams
• Ability to refine recruitment processes and implement innovative strategies that align with the company’s goals and values
• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and learning
