Requirements

  • You have 3 years of experience as a recruiter, specializing in hiring for technical roles at tech companies
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in dynamic settings, understanding the demands of rapid growth within a startup environment
  • You have proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and staffing
  • You are proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for JazzHR
  • You have strong analytical skills for collecting and analyzing data to improve strategies and practices
  • You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist employees and managers with HR-related inquiries
  • You have the ability to foster a collaborative and positive workplace environment
  • You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • You can work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • You don't mind all the emojis in the job posting and are happy to use even more of them in our internal communications

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound communications to source prospective candidates for software engineering and other technical roles at varying skill levels
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including outbound sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, People team members, and executives on the offer process, defining salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
  • Build and implement recruitment processes and strategies
  • Process personnel info by accurately handling candidate’s data, records, and personnel transactions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR practices align with the company’s goals and culture
  • Use data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuously improve recruitment strategies
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

You are proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for JazzHR
