Requirements
- You have 3 years of experience as a recruiter, specializing in hiring for technical roles at tech companies
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in dynamic settings, understanding the demands of rapid growth within a startup environment
- You have proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and staffing
- You are proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for JazzHR
- You have strong analytical skills for collecting and analyzing data to improve strategies and practices
- You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist employees and managers with HR-related inquiries
- You have the ability to foster a collaborative and positive workplace environment
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- You can work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound communications to source prospective candidates for software engineering and other technical roles at varying skill levels
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including outbound sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers, People team members, and executives on the offer process, defining salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Build and implement recruitment processes and strategies
- Process personnel info by accurately handling candidate’s data, records, and personnel transactions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR practices align with the company’s goals and culture
- Use data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
You are proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for JazzHR
