Join Ashby as a Sales Recruiter and play a pivotal role in scaling the company's sales team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing innovative sourcing strategies to engaging with hiring managers and evaluating candidates. Success involves attracting top talent, optimizing hiring processes for quality and volume, and building robust talent pools. This role demands a data-driven approach and expertise in Go-To-Market recruiting within the SaaS industry. Requirements
- Proven track record as an expert “Go To Market” Recruiter
- Experience working across a variety of roles to be hired from at least two of Sales, Marketing or Customer Success, ideally from within a SaaS company
- Data-driven mindset, able to optimize your workflows, balancing diversity, quality and volume
- Demonstrated experience in creating innovative sourcing strategies that differentiate the talent pipelines from the inbound attraction and referrals that we have traditionally used
Responsibilities
- Attracting, evaluating and hiring top talent for open active Sales
- Developing processes that focus on the very highest quality of hire as we scale
- Discovering and quantifying new talent pools and sourcing channels
- Engaging with departmental leaders and hiring managers to expertly qualify requirements
- Focusing on quality and alignment at the optimal volume to meet goals

- You want lots of candidate contact after initial stages. We're a Hiring Manager led process so they handle deeper relationship building with candidates
