Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Recruitment: Manage a large number of recruitment processes simultaneously, focusing on operational and entry-level positions
  • End-to-End Process Management: Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering candidates
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure alignment throughout the process
  • Maintain Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate pipeline status, ensuring recruitment goals are met
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
