Summary
Join Rad AI, a leading healthcare AI company, as a Recruiter and play a key role in building a high-performing team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to develop effective strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience. Your responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and promoting Rad AI's employer brand. You will also track recruiting metrics and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. This is a fully remote role with an annual in-person company offsite. Requirements
- 6+ years of recruiting experience across a wide range of functions, ideally in a fast-paced startup
- Proven success in hiring for a variety of roles, from technical to non-technical positions
- Strong understanding of the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike
- Ability to prioritize and move quickly, managing multiple openings and stakeholders at once without compromising quality
- A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the process
- Ability to maintain strong data-integrity and report on key recruiting metrics to stakeholders and leadership

Responsibilities
- Source and recruit for a variety of roles across different functions, including engineering, product, customer success, operations, and more
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the unique needs of each department and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling and conducting interviews, and extending offers
- Ensure a smooth and exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through every step of the hiring process
- Build a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs by leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and more
- Promote Rad AIβs employer brand to attract top-tier talent who align with our values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
- Track and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve our recruiting strategy and operations
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by ensuring our hiring practices reflect our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on improving onboarding processes and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires
