Summary

Join RTยฒ as a Recruiter and work remotely, contributing to our growing team. You will source, attract, evaluate, and recruit qualified candidates using various methods. Partner with hiring managers, communicate effectively with candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process. Evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with the offer process. Maintain candidate records, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend process improvements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of in-house recruiting experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an in-house recruiter in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract top-tier candidates for open positions
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements and conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring timely feedback to candidates
  • Assist in the selection and offer process, including negotiation of employment terms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance recruitment processes
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process
