Requirements

• Excellent English skills – clear, confident spoken and written communication
• Phone confidence – you're comfortable making high-volume outreach calls
• Performance-driven – you’ve consistently hit or exceeded recruitment targets
• Recruitment experience is required , especially in high-volume or fast-paced settings

Responsibilities

• Fill multiple roles each month by staying focused and proactive
• Spend most of your day sourcing, calling, and screening candidates
• Share strong, qualified candidates with clients—ideally within one week of a role opening
• Manage the full recruiting cycle from outreach to interview coordination
• Ensure all submitted candidates are interview-ready
• Work during U.S. business hours, with occasional weekend availability
• Keep records and reports accurate and up to date

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with U.S. clients is a strong plus, particularly in healthcare , finance , or tech
