Summary

Join WorkMotion's People and Culture Team as a Recruiter, EMEA and help manage the end-to-end recruitment process for tech and business roles. You will source, attract, and hire top talent, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process. Maintain accurate ATS records, partner with hiring managers, and drive an exceptional candidate experience. Collaborate with the People & Culture team to enhance recruitment strategies and contribute to process improvements. This role requires 3-5 years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth environment, with experience in tech and business role hiring. Requirements

• 3-5 years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
• Sounds experience in tech hiring and ability to recruit for business roles such as finance, marketing and sales
• Strong adaptability—comfortable with changing priorities and problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Experience working with an ATS (Workable preferred)
• Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, and Miro
• Ability to collaborate across teams and drive hiring success
