Your expertise in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, is crucial. This role requires advanced English proficiency and over four years of IT recruitment experience. Requirements

  • Possess over 4 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably within the consulting or technology sectors
  • Demonstrate Advanced English skills (C1 level)
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Show familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Possess a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify current and future personnel needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop Sourcing Strategies utilizing online channels, including job boards, careers pages, and social networks, to attract top IT talent
  • Conduct Candidate Screening and Evaluation through interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and fit within the company culture
  • Enhance MAS Global's employer brand by creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Use metrics and analytics to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes through Data-Driven Recruitment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
