Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading high-volume GTM and G&A hiring, with at least 5+ years in management
  • Experience in hypergrowth environments, balancing high-speed hiring with quality
  • Proven track record of building and scaling recruitment functions at tech companies or fast-growing startups
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment strategy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • Hands-on experience with ATS (Greenhouse), sourcing tools (GEM, SeekOut), and hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Brighthire)

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the industry hiring strategy for G&A and GTM functions, ensuring we attract and retain top talent
  • Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, including our CRO, CMO, Chief Legal Officer, VP of Finance, VP of HR, SVP of Sales Ops, and Senior Director of Sales
  • Work closely with Finance and HR to drive headcount planning and align hiring strategies with business objectives
  • Lead a team of 5+ recruiters and collaborate with the Senior Manager of Talent Operations and Recruitment Coordination team to optimize processes
  • Develop a data-driven recruitment strategy, tracking key metrics such as source of hire, time to hire, funnel metrics, and candidate/hiring manager experience, quality of hire, etc
  • Ensure rapid ramp-up of our Mexico office, focusing on sales, support, and onboarding functions
  • Leverage top recruitment tools like Greenhouse, GEM, Brighthire, LinkedIn, and SeekOut to drive sourcing efficiency
  • Foster a culture of excellence, agility, and collaboration, ensuring the team embodies Apollo.io’s values
