Summary
Join Sand Cherry Associates as a Recruiter and partner with internal hiring teams to fill various professional resource needs for an expanding consulting firm. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage full life-cycle recruiting efforts, and conduct high-volume interviews. Assess candidate qualifications, organize interviews, and maintain a candidate pipeline. Communicate company values and actively incorporate DEI principles into recruitment strategies. This long-term 1099 contract role is based in the Philadelphia metro area and is mostly remote, requiring occasional on-site meetings and events. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for professional-level resources, including contract, staffing, or consulting work. A Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience are required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required: HR, Psychology, Business or related field of study
- Minimum 4- 6 years proven experience recruiting for a variety of business professionals in fast moving environments
- Must have experience sourcing candidates for a variety of professional positions utilizing Boolean searches, LinkedIn, ATS, and a variety of other external sites and methods
- Must have experience video interviewing and assessing candidates aligned with business and resource needs across the company utilizing MS Teams
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize resource needs, handling multiple job requisitions and adapting to evolving resource needs
- Possess strong organizational skills with ability to own assigned recruiting workflow between candidates and hiring teams
- Exceptional communication skills and a desire to represent the company positively and professionally
- Must be able to work independently and manage recruiting efforts and results consistently to a high standard
- Hands on experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, such as Workable or others, including ATS searches, documenting candidate discussions, and keeping communications records is required
- Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills between hiring managers and candidates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools as needed
- Ability to work successfully under pressure with diverse personalities and changing resource requests
- Provide confidentiality and protection of all confidential and sensitive information
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, diplomacy, & integrity in all matters
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leaders and members of the company's leadership hiring teams to source, interview and recommend qualified candidates to align with business needs and expectations
- Help to develop and execute comprehensive and creative sourcing strategies
- Source and screen talent through both passive and active candidate resources including developing job descriptions, publishing job postings, and utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, internet research, and other strategies to successfully fill resource needs
- Manage and own assigned recruiting efforts for high priority, complex searches- full life cycle recruiting efforts
- Maintain a high-volume interview schedule weekly through video interviews
- Assess candidate qualifications aligned with resource requirements across experience, technical skill sets, culture fit, and compensation requirements, utilizing standardized questions and behavioral-based interview questions
- Organize interviews for candidates including coordinating schedules with internal hiring teams ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience
- Manage candidate pipeline activity and proactively share key updates with internal stakeholders on status
- Clearly communicate company values, culture, goals, and benefits to candidates
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles and actively incorporate recruitment strategies aligned with these efforts
- Assist in university recruitment efforts and interviewing
- Maintain high level of detail in utilization of the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Keep candidate pipelines full, maintaining relationships with both passive and active candidates
- Proactively assist in the success rate of increasing hiring, maintaining retention, and reducing company turnover
- Act as a liaison with candidates and hiring managers to drive transparency, integrity and regular contact
- Maintain exceptional professionalism and a client facing presence as an internal and external representative of Sand Cherry
- Abide by and uphold all legal statues of HR compliance, representation and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with recruiting for contract or consulting positions utilizing 1099 and/or W2 preferred
