Summary
Join JobRack, a hands-on recruitment partner, as a Recruitment Sales Consultant and help business owners build amazing remote teams. This is a consultative sales role focused on helping clients understand their hiring needs and guiding them through the process, not a high-pressure sales position. You will lead Hiring Clarity Calls, follow up with prospects and clients, improve communication materials, and build a helpful sales process. The role involves turning leads into clients, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities for additional hires and services. You will also contribute to improving sales materials and processes, using HubSpot to manage and track activity. This is a full-time, remote position with strong US time zone overlap, offering a salary of $2,500–$4,000/month.
Requirements
- You have solid experience in recruitment sales and know how to close the right deals
- You speak and write excellent English and build rapport quickly
- You’re confident in your ability to hit goals and track your own performance
- You write personal, clear follow-up emails that get real responses
- You’re organised, comfortable using a CRM, and keep your pipeline clean and active
- You take ownership of your growth, review your own calls, and keep improving
- You care about bringing in clients we can genuinely help — no overselling, no shortcuts
- You’re happy to work with strong US time zone overlap, including some later days (e.g. finishing around 9pm CET 2-3 days per week if clients book calls)
Responsibilities
- Leading Hiring Clarity Calls with prospects and existing clients in a helpful, consultative style
- Following up consistently with prospects and clients on open questions & next steps
- Owning outbound outreach & identifying and connecting with potential clients to generate new leads and calls
- Nurturing relationships over time to keep clients engaged and supported
- Spotting opportunities for additional hires and services that support long-term client success
- Improving and maintaining sales materials - slide decks, emails, follow-up docs, etc
- Testing new ideas to improve conversion - including rapid callbacks and lead magnet follow-ups
- Writing clear, personal email copy for outreach and follow-up
- Using HubSpot to manage and track activity - leads, follow-ups, deals, and performance data
- Supporting the admin process when needed, creating contracts and invoices
- Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client handovers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using HubSpot
- Familiarity with AI tools and automations
- Remote recruitment experience
- Understanding of agency, ecommerce, or online business environments
