Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist

Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist! This remote role, based in South Africa and working EST hours, involves reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, managing the onboarding process, and maintaining candidate records. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, representing the company professionally. A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a reliable power backup solution are mandatory. Compensation is a fixed salary; commissions are not offered. Successful candidates will possess strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. Experience in recruiting or the ABA therapy industry is a plus.

Requirements

• Fluent and professional English communication
• Patient, friendly phone demeanor
• Energetic and personable – you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Confident navigating MS Office and Outlook
• A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory
• A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages

Responsibilities

• Review incoming resumes and assess candidate suitability
• Conduct initial phone screens and deeper interview rounds
• Represent the company with professionalism and warmth during candidate interactions
• Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all requirements are met
• Maintain candidate records and communicate status updates to internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR, or onboarding processes
• Background in the ABA therapy industry is a strong plus
