You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing the entire onboarding process, and building strong client relationships. Success in this role requires proven experience in client acquisition and onboarding within a recruitment agency, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in a recruitment agency
• Proven success in hunting and onboarding clients from US, UK, EU, and the local Pakistani market
• Familiarity with various client hunting approaches and the ability to generate leads effectively
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of onboarding KPIs

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in the US, UK, Europe , and Pakistan that require recruitment services
• Drive the complete client onboarding lifecycle , from initial outreach to signed agreement
• Leverage multiple client hunting methods to generate high-quality leads and convert them
• Qualify prospects, handle objections, and build trust that leads to long-term relationships
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to align client expectations with deliverables
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and report on lead conversions and onboarding metrics
