Requirements

  • 1 year recruiting experience
  • Motivated to set and meet goals, and ability to implement strategic plans to achieve them
  • Desire to collaborate with a small team of recruiters, and ability to be an effective communicator to provide support and ask questions when needed
  • Embody a collaborative team spirit; share credit for successes, and when you make a mistake, you are quick to own it, deal with, and learn from it
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills
  • Data analysis skills

Responsibilities

  • Source top candidates from across the nation
  • Conduct interviews
  • Facilitate the onboarding process
  • Understand metrics and use them to perform better
  • Utilize a great phone presence to easily connect with people
  • Research and come up with creative avenues to reach candidates
  • Make connections that will last
  • Learn the industry quickly to hit the ground running
  • Improve the candidate experience and share what you learn
  • Utilize technology and its offerings
  • Try new things, learn from what doesn’t work, and capitalize on those that do

Preferred Qualifications

  • High-volume recruiting and sourcing experience
  • Experience interviewing and onboarding in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership experience and/or the desire to grow experience as a recruiting leader
  • Systems integration experience (experience with an Applicant Tracking System)
