Requirements

  • 1-3 years prior experience with coordination for full-cycle recruiting in fast-growing companies
  • Track record of hiring in the US, at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, organized and positive
  • Collaborative and team player

Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment materials and processes
  • Collaborate with Glia Marketing to promote career opportunities
  • Source candidates to build a top-notch candidate pool
  • Attend events for networking and sourcing candidates
  • Guide candidates through the interview process
  • Constantly improve the hiring process to make it smarter and more efficient
  • Lead coordination and scheduling utilizing Candidate.fyi

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event planning
  • Previous experience in a sales role
  • Previous roles in operations or coordination
  • Previous experience working with executives
