Summary
Join Signifyd's recruiting team as a Recruiting Coordinator to support our team and ensure amazing experiences for candidates and employees! This 3-6 month contract position (with possible extension) is ideal for detail-oriented and organized individuals with a willingness to learn and adapt. Prior recruiting coordinator experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply. You will partner with the recruiting team, schedule interviews, resolve conflicts, improve processes, manage candidate feedback, and assist with sourcing. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle pressure, and maintaining confidentiality. Hourly pay is $22 per hour.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are very important; must be able to juggle many tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create an amazing candidate experience all at once
- Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes and stay calm under pressure
- Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality with highly sensitive information
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers
- Work independently successfully scheduling complex interviews
- Interface with the recruiting and leadership teams to resolve any conflicts between interviews and other commitments
- Focus on continual improvement to the recruiting process (suggestions on alternative interviewers, altered lineups, etc.)
- Own sending out candidate feedback surveys to all candidates in the interviewing process
- Help source on LinkedIn for hard-to-fill roles by prospecting profiles and calibrating with hiring managers and recruiters
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator is a plus
- Experience with Google Suite, and ATS systems is a plus
