Summary

Join Coforma's growing, distributed team as a remote Recruiting Coordinator! This role supports hiring efforts across various teams, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless process. You will manage scheduling, communication, and contribute process improvement ideas. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in interview coordination and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience. The salary range is $65,000-$70,000 annually, with placement based on experience. This is a US-based remote position with some travel potentially required.

Requirements

  • Have at least one year of experience scheduling and coordinating interviews, both remotely and in-person, in a startup environment (2 or more years of experience is preferred)
  • Have experience using an ATS (Lever strongly preferred), video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet, and calendar management tools such as Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar
  • Excel at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Be a strong communicator who is comfortable speaking with people at all levels, demonstrating clarity and professionalism in all interactions
  • Be self-motivated and proactively seek out opportunities to learn new skills and work on continuous development
  • Be a full-time resident of the contiguous United States who is legally authorized to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling & interview logistics: Coordinate and schedule video interviews (and occasionally on-site interviews) for our hiring teams, ensuring our candidates and interviewers have the information and resources they need ahead of the interview and are able to present their best selves
  • Deliver a human-centered candidate experience: Ensure our candidates have a positive experience by providing clear, timely communication and updates, meaningful engagement, and a seamless hiring process from start to finish
  • Collaborate with hiring managers: Partner closely with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs, establish interview timelines, work through blockers, and provide timely updates on the status of interviews
  • Assist with offer letters and onboarding prep: Ensure all information necessary for offer letters is provided to the Senior TA Manager, and all newly-hired employee's information is recorded accurately
  • Broaden your skillset: Working in the federal government contracting space often involves ambiguity and quickly-changing priorities, so we have to be adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats. Over time, we’ll look for this role to help proactively source candidates and work on developing the skills to become a full-fledged Talent Acquisition Specialist

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Have experience using scheduling tools such as candidate.fyi, Gem, Goodtime, or similar platforms
  • Have 2+ years of experience working on a remote, distributed team across multiple time zones
