Recruiting Coordinator Lead

Summary

Join Fetch Rewards as a Recruiting Coordinator Team Lead and manage a team responsible for scheduling interviews. You will mentor your team, optimize the recruiting process, and ensure positive candidate experiences. This full-time role can be performed remotely in the US or from one of our US offices. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team, managing complex scheduling, developing process improvements, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, overseeing ATS management, acting as a point of contact for escalations, tracking and reporting metrics, training new coordinators, and staying updated on industry trends. The role requires 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience, including 1+ year in people management, strong ATS and scheduling tool knowledge, excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, experience with high-volume scheduling, and an analytical mindset. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, with at least 1 year in people management
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Modern Loop, Calendly, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional candidate experiences
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in handling high-volume scheduling with complex logistics
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report on key recruiting metrics
• ATS Greenhouse experience required
• Modern Loop experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Recruiting Coordinators, ensuring best practices in candidate experience and interview scheduling
• Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinating with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates
• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline recruiting operations and enhance efficiency
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to provide a high-touch candidate experience
• Oversee the management of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data integrity
• Act as the main point of contact for escalations related to scheduling and coordination challenges
• Track and report key recruiting metrics to help drive strategic hiring initiatives
• Train new recruiting coordinators and maintain updated training materials and documentation
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting coordination
