Summary
Join Underdog, the fastest-growing sports gaming company, as a Recruiting Coordinator! You will be the first point of contact for candidates, scheduling interviews, managing the application process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You'll champion our culture and utilize tools like GoodTime and Greenhouse ATS. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach. We offer flexible PTO, 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave, a home office allowance, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401k match. Requirements
- Obsessively organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities
- Schedule all interviews through our candidate scheduling tool, GoodTime, while keeping all candidates consistently up to date on status
- Champion our culture and represent Underdog as the first point of contact to candidates
- Create an exceptional, high touch candidate experience and evangelize the importance of this in staying competitive as an employer of choice
- Become an expert in GoodTime and Greenhouse ATS, and pull reports, maintain data integrity, and help manage configuration
- Contribute to side projects related to our employer brand, onboarding, and other related recruiting operations needs
- Manage and streamline the inbound application process, ensuring timely review and accurate tracking to support efficient hiring workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and/or corporate administrative experience
- Experience with GoodTime Scheduling, Greenhouse, and / or other applicant tracking systems
