Summary
Join our client's team as a Recruiting Coordinator and support their recruitment efforts. You will conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), and assist with job postings. Administrative support for the HR team, including document preparation and onboarding coordination, is also required. This role involves maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and performing other HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience and excellent communication skills. Experience with high-volume recruiting and working in a manufacturing company is preferred.
Requirements
- 2+ Recruiting coordinator experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial screenings for potential candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various platforms
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation and filing
- Coordinate and schedule pre-employment assessments and background checks
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
- Perform other HR administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- CST time zone is preferred
- Experience working for a manufacturing company is ideal
- Demonstrated experience with high-volume recruiting
