Recruiting Coordinator

Summary

Join ABC Legal Services, a national leader in legal document filing services, as a Recruiter! Based remotely in Puerto Rico, you will be responsible for recruiting legal process servers through high-volume outreach (cold calling, SMS, email). You will collaborate with the sourcing team, execute creative sourcing strategies, and keep hiring managers informed. This role requires 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, legal recruiting knowledge (preferred), proficiency in Excel and CRM/ATS, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• 3+ years recruiting in a high-volume environment
• Proficient in formatting excel spreadsheets using data tools & formulas
• Experience creating & maintaining pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS
• Experience creating e-marketing campaigns
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to focus on complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English, including strong writing and communication skills, is essential for this role

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by conducting high-volume outreach activities (cold calling, SMS, email campaigns)
• Execute creative sourcing strategies to connect with high-quality candidates
• Keep hiring managers updated on strategy, hires and pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Legal recruiting or legal knowledge preferred
• Experience creatively recruiting candidates in a high-volume, metric-driven environment
