Summary

You will be responsible for conducting initial candidate screenings, scheduling interviews, managing the applicant tracking system, assisting with job advertisement creation, providing administrative support to the HR team, coordinating pre-employment assessments and background checks, maintaining communication with candidates, preparing offer letters, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

  • 2+ Recruiting cordinator exeperience
  • Demonstrated experience with high-volume recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial screenings for potential candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status
  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various platforms
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation and filing
  • Coordinate and schedule pre-employment assessments and background checks
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Perform other HR administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • CST time zone is preffered
  • Experience working for a manufacturing company is ideal
