Requirements

  • Experience: You have 3+ years of experience owning and optimizing recruitment operations at a growth-stage tech startup
  • Asynchronous Communicator: You’re effective across various mediums (especially Slack, Notion, and email). You can produce and consume detailed written materials with quality and without sacrificing speed. You respond quickly and thoughtfully to unblock others and speed things up
  • Process Automation: You identify inefficient recruitment workflows and implement automated solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve candidate experience
  • Project Management & Organization: You transform abstract recruiting initiatives into concrete, actionable project plans with clear milestones and deliverables. You expertly juggle multiple recruitment projects and tasks simultaneously without dropping details, exercising sound judgment when managing competing priorities
  • Proficiency in modern recruiting tech stacks: You skillfully utilize and administer contemporary recruitment technologies including ATS platforms (ideally Greenhouse or Ashby), scheduling tools, sourcing platforms, and candidate relationship management systems. You maintain the tech stack and leverage these tools to support efficient operations, data collection, and positive candidate experiences
  • Data Reporting & Analytics: You generate meaningful recruitment insights and reports that support a data-informed recruitment culture, tracking metrics like candidate experience scores, time-to-hire, passthrough rates, diversity of pipeline, and other KPIs critical to measuring recruiting effectiveness
  • Bias to Action: Speed matters. You take rapid, decisive steps forwardβ€”even in the face of uncertainty. You understand that action is the catalyst for filling critical roles quickly and supporting business objectives, maintaining momentum in the recruitment process without sacrificing quality

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate a seamless interview process by coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring our recruiting inbox remains responsive and organized
  • Partner with recruiting partners to support the full recruitment lifecycle - from kickoff meetings and pipeline management to closing activities for open requisitions
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate our recruitment processes for quality, speed, and scalability
  • Administer and optimize our recruiting tech stack to ensure we're leveraging the right tools for candidate sourcing, assessment, and tracking
  • Maintain data integrity across our recruitment systems and generate reports that provide actionable insights for the talent acquisition team in order to support a data-informed recruitment culture at Superhuman
  • Create a positive and delightful candidate experience at every touchpoint, contributing to our goal of achieving a net candidate experience score >80
  • Collaborate closely with the People team to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding, setting new hires up for success

Preferred Qualifications

Location: We're open to you joining us remotely from anywhere in the Americas (North America, Central America and South America), but will ask that you to overlap your work times with 10am-4pm PST
