Responsibilities

• Gestionar por medio de las fuentes de reclutamiento, la publicación, búsqueda, preselección, atracción y citación de candidatos que cumplan el perfil requerido por los clientes asignados (cuando aplique)
• Realizar seguimiento a las citaciones del proceso de selección a carga, garantizando un feedback por parte del cliente
• Garantizar la verificación documental y actualización de los sistemas de información internos de los candidatos seleccionados previo al proceso de contratación, evitando reprocesos disminuyendo los tiempos para el cierre de los requisitos
• Realiza otras tareas o proyectos relacionados según se le asigne
