Recruitment Coordinator

Summary

Join Procore’s Talent Acquisition Department as a Recruitment Coordinator for a 12-month temporary contract. You will facilitate a seamless interview process, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. This role demands agility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The position is remote, based near the Costa Rica office, and requires immediate availability. You will be responsible for managing candidate interviews across multiple time zones, distributing information to the hiring team, and leveraging Procore’s ATS and scheduling tools. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar experience in Recruiting
• Respect for confidential information

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate’s interview experience: schedule all interviews over multiple time zones, ensure candidates are prepared with the most up-to-date details
• Distribute pertinent information to the hiring team
• Develop a strong partnership with our Recruiters
• Leverage Procore’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling tool to ensure an efficient interview process
• Support special projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using scheduling software (GoodTime preferred but not required)
• Experience with an ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred but not required)
