Join Opus Talent Solutions as a Team Manager and lead our high-performing Sydney team. You will drive performance, develop talent, and grow your own book of business. Manage a team of Associate Consultants through to Principal Consultants and Team Leads, taking full responsibility for their development and success. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing recruitment team, setting and driving goals, managing performance, developing and executing a business plan, managing client and candidate relationships, supporting business development, collaborating with other team managers, representing Opus at industry events, and ensuring compliance. Requirements
- Strong billing background in recruitment, ideally with leadership experience
- A proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire consultants to hit and exceed targets
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- A collaborative, proactive leadership style
- Confidence in managing performance and driving growth
- A passion for recruitment and delivering results at scale
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team across varying levels of experience
- Set and drive clear goals, KPIs, and team strategy in line with Opusβ ambitious growth plans
- Manage performance and handle any challenges with fairness and confidence
- Develop and execute a clear business plan for market growth and team success
- Personally manage and expand key client and candidate relationships
- Actively support your team in business development, pitches, and client meetings
- Collaborate with other Team Managers and senior leadership across the business
- Represent Opus at industry events and senior-level client meetings
- Be accountable for your teamβs revenue, profitability, and headcount growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
