Summary

Join Sprout Social's Recruitment team and play a key role in supporting the company's rapid growth by leading end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on entry-level sales, customer success, and go-to-market (GTM) positions. You will conduct high-volume phone screens, manage applicant volume, close candidates, serve as a trusted talent advisor, and proactively communicate and solve challenges with candidates and hiring teams. You will also manage data in recruitment tools and systems, participate in recruitment-related projects, partner with your manager to analyze key recruiting metrics, and develop relationships with community partners to build diverse talent pools. This role requires a proven track record of managing a high volume of roles and achieving hiring goals in a fast-paced environment, specifically within the tech/SaaS industry.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the tech/SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing entry-level talent, including SDR, BDR, and AE roles OR proven experience managing high-volume full-cycle recruiting within an agency setting
  • A consistent track record of owning the entire recruiting process and meeting and exceeding hiring goals

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions, with the majority focus on entry-level sales, while also supporting hiring for customer success and go-to-market (GTM) positions
  • Conduct high-volume phone screens and efficiently manage applicant volume to build robust talent pipelines and move candidates quickly and efficiently through the hiring process
  • Successfully close candidates by navigating offer negotiations, including handling competing offers, to secure top talent
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor for the business and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process
  • Proactively communicate and solve challenges with candidates and hiring teams to achieve a world-class candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Manage data in recruitment tools and systems with the highest degree of data integrity
  • Participate in recruitment-related projects that drive process improvements and elevate our recruitment strategy
  • Partner with your manager to analyze key recruiting metrics and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
  • Develop relationships with our community partners to build diverse talent pools
  • Work closely with internal functions such as HRBP, Legal, and Workplace Experience as necessary to onboard candidates effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using recruiting platforms like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to source and manage talent
  • An ability to contribute insights and data to hiring teams, leading to well-informed decisions
  • Ability to deliver timely results in an ever-evolving environment
