Summary

You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with stakeholders to attract top talent. This crucial role requires significant internal recruitment experience, understanding of business goals, and identifying culturally-fit candidates. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, and candidates must be based in Central/South America. Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally as an internal recruiter for technology and business roles
  • Expert knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, assessments, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • A proactive approach to sourcing and hiring, with experience using Boolean search and various online tools to find top talent
  • Proven success in identifying high-value candidates and ensuring strong cultural fit
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments where flexibility and adaptability are key
  • A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience
  • Fluent written and spoken Portuguese or Spanish
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across all roles, including technology and business positions
  • Partner with company leaders to understand hiring needs and draft job descriptions
  • Proactively source candidates through online channels, professional networks, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, with a focus on active and passive candidates
  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks
  • Screen resumes and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring stages with internal stakeholders
  • Drive the offer process: extending offers, closing candidates, and preparing offer letters
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies and policies to improve hiring practices
  • Design and promote employee referral programs
