Recruitment Team Lead

Summary

Join TechBiz Global, a leading recruitment and software development company, as a Recruitment Team Lead to oversee our growing talent acquisition team. This role requires 4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience and 2+ years of team leadership. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring high-quality delivery for multiple client accounts. Responsibilities include driving end-to-end recruitment processes, setting KPIs, assisting with onboarding, and acting as a point of escalation. Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience , ideally in an agency setting
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of recruiters
• Proven record of success in high-volume and/or niche recruitment projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is a must
• Experience with ATS, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, helping them grow and hit performance goals
• Ensure high-quality delivery for multiple client accounts, managing priorities and deadlines
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, client coordination, and candidate management
• Set and monitor KPIs for individual recruiters and the team as a whole
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members
• Act as a point of escalation and support during challenging searches or client demands
• Work closely with management to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment workflows, and internal tools
• Contribute to business growth by supporting client relationships and identifying delivery improvements
