Summary

DTEN is seeking a data-driven Regional Account Executive to manage and grow client accounts within the SouthWest Region of the US. The role involves building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and exceeding sales quotas in a remote setting. Minimum qualifications include a degree in Business or similar fields, strong communication skills, experience in selling audio/video and web collaboration tools, and knowledge of Salesforce.

Requirements

  • BS or BA in Business, Engineering or similar fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in negotiating and closing deals
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling audio/video and web collaboration tools and technology into corporate accounts
  • The ability to work independently, while also appropriately leveraging expertise and resources within our organization
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales and revenue objectives
  • Qualify leads and create target lists of enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Expand existing client accounts for retention and growth
  • Identify and partner with Regional dealers to expand DTEN footprint
  • Act as the primary interface between the company and the accounts
  • Build lasting relationships with your accounts, becoming their go-to technology partner for products
  • Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows to generate leads
  • Develop and executing Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Unified Communication Sales is strongly preferred
