Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in vender channel partner management with min of 5 years of regional partner role in SaaS Cybersecurity industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partner revenue (Distributor / SI)
  • Strong communication, multilingual with very strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region in short period of notice
  • Good knowledge, SEA market experience in the cybersecurity

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the region to achieve sales and revenue targets through regional channel partners
  • Define clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategies for expanding and optimizing the regional channel partner network
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new channel partners
  • Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
  • Understand market dynamics, identify key opportunities, and align partner activities with the overall business goals
  • Collaborate with channel partners to create and execute joint business plans
  • Monitor and analyze channel partner performance against established KPIs
  • Provide & track regularly on performance reports and insights to management
  • Work with channel partners to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Provide marketing collateral, promotional materials, and support for joint marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals within partner organizations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for channel partners, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Develop and manage incentive programs to motivate channel partners and drive sales
  • Ensure incentive structures are aligned with company objectives
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams for product and strategy improvements
  • Ensure channel partners adhere to company policies and compliance standards
