Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in vender channel partner management with min of 5 years of regional partner role in SaaS Cybersecurity industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partner revenue (Distributor / SI)
- Strong communication, multilingual with very strong negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned region in short period of notice
- Good knowledge, SEA market experience in the cybersecurity
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the region to achieve sales and revenue targets through regional channel partners
- Define clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategies for expanding and optimizing the regional channel partner network
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new channel partners
- Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Understand market dynamics, identify key opportunities, and align partner activities with the overall business goals
- Collaborate with channel partners to create and execute joint business plans
- Monitor and analyze channel partner performance against established KPIs
- Provide & track regularly on performance reports and insights to management
- Work with channel partners to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Provide marketing collateral, promotional materials, and support for joint marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals within partner organizations
- Serve as the main point of contact for channel partners, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Develop and manage incentive programs to motivate channel partners and drive sales
- Ensure incentive structures are aligned with company objectives
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Provide market feedback to internal teams for product and strategy improvements
- Ensure channel partners adhere to company policies and compliance standards
